How are you supposed to use both of these? Do you need to use the cleanser with water, or do u need to wash it off etc? xxBodyshop vitamin e cream cleanser and hydrating toner?
The cleanser (even though it's really lotion like in consistency) is made to be used like a normal face wash. Wash your face, rinse it off. The toner is to be wiped on your face after you wash it to remove traces of the cleanser, oil, and make up. You do not need to rinse off the toner.
Edit- Use the cleanser like a normal cleanser...apply the toner with a cotton pad and wipe over your face and neckBodyshop vitamin e cream cleanser and hydrating toner?
