I used to use Noxzema, and well, it's extremely strong, so I wouldn't leave it on over night. To be careful don't leave it on overnight. It might burn your face, or leave blotches. Try being careful and just leave it on for ten minutes it'll still dry out you pimples if that is what you want. Also, you can try putting Vaseline or a little toothpaste if you want it to dry out. isn't the main ingredient like, wax?
anyway, there are sticks for pimples at the drugstore. they have salicyc acid to dry up pimples. seems stuff made just for zits is the best to use.
