well, i use Herbalife, and i use the full set of face cream: cleanser, toner, then moisturizer. the difference with both of them is the cleanser, well, cleans your skin and pores, the toner you put on after your clean the area (apply with a cotton ball or cleansing pad, not directly, or it wont work as well), and it helps improve the skin tone.
well, with that said, its your choice, but i suggest you do both to make it extra clean. :)
