I would like to know in detail what hydrating creams mean verses moisturizing creams. I am doing a paper on this subject and have some problems trying to get the whole issue together. Thank you , KCH in NYHydrating creams verses moisturizing creams?
The names mean the same thing. The basic ingredients are water and some sort of fat or oil to keep the water from leaving the skin.
