Olay Eye Creams for 13 year olds?

I have dark puffy circles under my eyes. Can I use olay's eye creams on my under-eyes? is it safe to use on 13 year olds' because I thought Olay was for older people.. %26amp; which one do you recommend? I have oily-ish skin btw

The creams meant for us old fogeys is filled with AHAs and other acids and retinols that your skin just doesn't need yet. Good job on wanting start a good regimen now, though. You can get a soothing cucumber gel or cream at a health food store which will help with bags. Get lots of sleep and water; lack of either can make even very young people look older and get fogey bags. If you want to get in the habit of using cream now, and its not a bad idea to start young...less damage to fix later...check the label. If it lists hyaluronic acid, retinol, large doses of vitamin A, AHAs, etc...skip it. Use something light, natural, and moisturising just to keep that think skin nicely hydrated. You could probably even just use a vitamin e capsule broken open and gently tapped, not rubbed, on the undereye area. Don't let it get into your eye.Olay Eye Creams for 13 year olds?
heck no im 13 too and i used the eyecreams for dark circles which is sopose to be for older people and it litteraly just burn/dried my skin.it was peeling and i couldnt wear makeup for 3 weeks.but really just cover it with some concealer and fondation if bags is what your aiming for
